How do my parents know what to do for Picture Day?
Send them to our website! We’ve compiled a thorough Frequently Asked Questions section for parents. If they have further inquiries they can contact us and we’ll be happy to answer any questions.

How long do I have to complete my portrait collections?
Someone from our office will be in touch with you two weeks after pictures have been delivered to seen how your collections are coming and to see of you need additional time.

Is the preschool responsible for portraits not returned by parents?
No.  All we ask is that you let us know who has not returned their portrait packages and we will contact the parents.

What happens to the unsold portraits?
We believe in recycling at Irvin Simon. All unused photos are finely shredded and reused as packing material.

What if I have a parent with a question?
Feel free to contact us or have them call us at our office. They can also fill out our Online Customer Service Form.

What steps do I take when my collections are complete?
Once you have collected all of your portrait packages, place them all in a box (you can use the same box we initially ship your packages in). Contact our office and we will set up a time for either UPS or an Irvin Simon staff member to pick up the pictures.
