  • I don't like my child's photo. What can I do?
    Customer Satisfaction is very important to us! We'd be happy to retake your child's portrait in our Owings Mills studio. You can schedule an appointment here: Irvin Simon Photographers Studio Calendar, or call 410-654-0300 or email info@irvinsimonphoto.com to schedule your retake.
  • My child was absent on Picture Day. How do I get their picture taken?
    Check with your school to see if there is a scheduled Makeup Day. If not, we’d be happy to have your child’s portrait taken in our studio. You can schedule an appointment here: Irvin Simon Photographers Studio Calendar, or call 410-654-0300 or email info@irvinsimonphoto.com to schedule your retake.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you. Original prints must be returned to our office within 90 days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Please do not return prints to school. Return Shipping not included. No Refunds on Digital Images or Group Photos.
  • What if my package is wrong or incomplete? What do I do?
    We’ll correct it! Simply contact us at 410-654-0300 or email info@irvinsimonphoto.com within 90 days of receipt.
  • I have received my order and would like to request a reprint - what do I do?
    We are happy to help with any questions regarding your order! Please email us at info@irvinsimonphoto.com or call us at (410) 654-0300 in order to discuss any adjustments to your order. As of January 1, 2025, reprint requests beyond 90 days of receipt are subject to a 50% reprint fee. Additionally, any new edit requests may be subject to a fee.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    Our online store accepts all major credit cards. Our studio accepts all major credit cards, checks and cash. If using an order form, we accept cash or checks made out to Irvin Simon Photographers.
  • Can I order additional photos online?
    Absolutely! Online galleries remain active throughout the school year. We keep photos on file for several years, so we can easily re-activate an older gallery for you to order from. Please call our office at (410) 654-0300 or email us at info@irvinsimonphoto.com with any questions about archived galleries.
  • Where can I find my online code?
    Your online code is located in your original gallery email (check the fine print). If you receive a paper proof, it is printed on your card along with instructions on how to order. If you lost this card, or cannot access your original gallery email, please call 410-654-0300 or email info@irvinsimonphoto.com to retrieve it.
  • Will my child’s retake/makeup portrait be in the yearbook?
    Yes! We take note of all retakes and makeups to ensure they are updated within the yearbook.
  • What is a Digital Image? How do I get mine?
    The Digital Image is one high resolution image file of your child's portrait! A Copyright Release is included with your purchase; allowing your image to be shared and printed. Image will be delivered via email. Due to the digital form of the product, there are no refunds. Group Photos are not available in digital form for privacy reasons.
  • What is Retouching?
    Standard Retouching is an add-on service that removes blemishes and smooths the skin. Advanced retouching can be purchased for $15 and includes standard retouching, plus removal of imperfections, scratches on the face, and stains on clothes, and teeth whitening. Any additional services can be made upon request and subject to $15 fee. Senior Portrait orders include optional retouching which must be added during the order process. Senior yearbook selections include retouching.
